We believe in increasing access to resources that can help our clients focus on developing and completing private/public partnerships (P3), commercial, and governmental projects. In our quest to bring value and resources to every client, Brownstone Associate has partnered with Crown Architecture & Development, PLLC to form BCAD to support the HKS team for the Texas Rangers Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

BCAD ROLE: Participate in project budget meetings, value engineering sessions, and processes that may be required during each phase of the Project, including the development of cost savings items lists, participation in cost reduction work sessions, and documenting the results of the cost savings efforts approved by the Owner in the Project drawings and specifications. Coordinate Services with the Architect and other consultants, and the general contractor/construction manager as may be required during each phase of the Project. Attend Project meetings as required for the proper implementation of the Consultant’s services and the Project. Prepare meeting reports for those meetings in which Architect is not in attendance. Provide deliverables in compliance with applicable local, state and national ordinances, codes and regulations, and assist in gaining necessary municipal and state agency approvals that may be required for obtaining building permits, approvals and Certificates of Occupancy. Make all necessary submittals to municipal and regulatory agencies to gain approval for construction. Attend any review meetings with regulatory officials for general Project review and to gain the required approvals and permits for the Project. Prepare drawings in Revit 2017 for the Design Development, and Construction Document phases. Prepare drawings in Revit 2017 for the Design Development, and Construction Document phases. Additional task performed includes sustainable design and design development phase, construction documents, participating bidding, negotiation, establishing a GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE.
